Hansard's Morrall on technology's role in improving customer service

Hansard International's global sales and marketing director Graham Morrall outlines how technology is helping to reshape the company's products and services for financial advisers and their clients.

Speaking at this year’s Future Advisory Forum in Kuala Lumpur, Morrall says advisers looking to aggregate data and provide more up-to-the-minute information to customers can utilise Hansard's systems to deliver everything they need in one service.

He outlines the new online services the company provides and talks about these are likely to evolve and improve the customer experience.

Hansard's Morrall also talks about the firm's commitment to improving customer service across the board as it moves forward with its transformation plans.
