‘of the Year’ covers the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017, so where performance is part of the criteria the judges will be looking for exceptional performance over that period and where the award is for a new service or product it should have been launched since then.

Announcement of the Winners
The winners will be announced on the evening of 3 May at The Waldorf Hilton, London in front of an elite group of VIP attendees from across the industry.
