Threadneedle appoints head of European distribution

Threadneedle has appointed Dominik Kremer as European head of distribution.

Threadneedle has appointed Dominik Kremer as European head of distribution.

Kremer is due to join Threadneedle on 19 July and will be based in Germany, reporting to Campbell Flemming, the company’s head of distribution.

He has worked in the investment industry for over 15 years, most recently as managing director of Pioneer Investments where he spent nine years. At Pioneer, Kremer was responsible for leading the firm’s build-out of distribution across several European countries. After this he led the integration of three asset management companies from 2006 onwards. Most recently he was head of institutional for Italy, Germany, Austria and Central Eastern Europe. Prior to this Kremer worked at Fidelity Investments for seven years as director of sales IFA & insurance companies.

Campbell Fleming, head of distribution at Threadneedle, said: “Threadneedle operates in 15 countries, has customers in over 80 countries and our distribution reaches over four continents.
“Dominik will play a crucial role in the strengthening and accelerating of our efforts in Europe.”
