The new office will be headed by Stephen Adams who joined Bedell Cristin at the beginning of this year from British Virgin Islands based firm, Barker Adams.
Bedell Cristin (Singapore) LLP will offer clients BVI corporate legal services, including mainstream corporate finance work, joint ventures, listings, banking, capital markets, IPOs and sale and purchase transactions.
