Using data to drive an investment strategy

Machine learning and not artificial intelligence forms the core of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s investment approach, executive director Michael Rhodes says.

At International Adviser‘s Future Advisory Forums in South Africa, Rhodes spoke to advisers about how GSAM manages the massive volume of data that is generated daily across the world and why AI does not yet form part of its strategy.
