By Mark Battersby, 13 Mar 12

Societe Generale is launching a new integrated service offering private banking aimed at wealthy entrepreneurs who have a holding company or family office.

There will be dedicated portfolio management teams, financing solutions, advice on mergers, acquisitions, capital increases and initial public offerings.

Giraldi continues as the deputy chairman of Societe Generale’s investment banking committee as well as now leading the team of senior bankers and account managers in Europe and the Middle East who will be looking after the clients.

He was previously chief executive officer of Morgan Stanley in Italy and Switzerland and deputy chairman of Morgan Stanley Europe.
