Shreemati Varadarajan has been named head of investments at Singapore-based financial advice firm AAM Advisory, part of Quilter, International Adviser can reveal.

She was most recently chief commercial and operations officer at Farringdon Asset Management; having also held senior roles at financial planning firm Globaleye, including group chief investment officer.

Before joining Globaleye, Varadarajan held various client management roles at ANZ Bank and ING Vysya Bank.

Analytical and robust

AAM chief executive Eryk Lee said: “Shreemati brings a huge amount of investment experience and expertise, which will be valuable as we continue to grow and develop the business in rapidly changing market conditions”.

With her “strong academic record” and “analytical mind”, Lee added that Varadarajan “is very well-versed in the core disciplines of portfolio management and investment advice”.

Varadarajan added: “Robust investment management solutions combined with good financial advice can help someone plan for the future and achieve their aspirations.
