By Laura Purkess, 10 Oct 25

Rejal will report to chief investment officer Suhail Shaikh

Fulcrum Asset Management (AM) has appointed Sara Rejal as chief strategy officer.

Rejal will report to chief investment officer Suhail Shaikh.

The new role has been created to provide strategic support to the CIO, drive revenue growth and strengthen the firm’s leadership.

Rejal joins Fulcrum after more than 11 years at WTW, where she was responsible for research and allocations in hedge fund, alternative beta, insurance-linked and multi-asset strategies.

Joe Davidson, managing partner at Fulcrum, said: “This is a new role which we believe will add hugely to the next stage of Fulcrum’s development.

“Sara’s experience and calibre is second to none, and we are delighted at her arrival.”
