Aussie tech firm launches paraplanning software for advisers

By Robbie Lawther, 30 Aug 23

To facilitate ‘seamless delivery of external paraplanning and administrative services’

Sydney-based financial advice software company Midwinter Financial Services has launched a paraplanning programme for advisers, in partnership with Scale Up Paraplanning, TNW Solutions and Rocket Services.

The paraplanning partners programme connects Midwinter’s clients with a network of paraplanning professionals trained in the use of its financial-advice software. Midwinter said that this would facilitate “seamless delivery of external paraplanning and administrative services”.

Stacey Cowan, head of advice at Midwinter, said: “Following a successful pilot, Midwinter is partnering with leading paraplanning providers to create a holistic offering for advisers, ensuring that they can operate efficiently and effectively in delivering expert advice to their clients.”

Alex Gassner, general manager at back-office service provider Scale Up Paraplanning, added: “We are confident that this partnership will shape a promising and transformative future for our business, setting a new standard of excellence in the financial-planning sector.”
