Tony Kisby joins the Isle of Man-based company, the offshore arm of Axa Wealth, as international development manager.
The appointment follows that of Richard Leeson, Kisby’s former boss at Prudential International, who last September left Prudential to take on the role of sales and marketing director at Axa Wealth International.
Kisby, who will lead the north of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland sales team, will report to Leeson.
Leeson said: “In 2010 we saw a great deal of growth in the international arena, and we believe the offshore market will continue to expand rapidly in both the UK and overseas as we approach RDR.
“Tony brings vast practical and industry experience to our award winning AXA Wealth International business and we look forward to unleashing his skills throughout what we’re sure will be a successful 2011.”
According to Axa, Kisby has more than 30 years financial services experience. Aside from Prudential, he has worked for Axa Sun Life, Scottish Equitable and Zurich Life.
