Adrian Hull fills a newly-created role to grow the firms offering and presence in the UK and European markets.

He will work closely with fund managers, institutional and retail sales teams in an effort to develop fixed income products and grow the firm’s presence in the UK and continental European markets.

Hull reports to head of fixed income David Roberts.

Prior to joining, he worked as head of sterling trading and sales at Mizuho International, where he founded the sterling corporate bond trading and sales desk. Before that he was at Nomura International, as head of sterling trading as sales, as well as head of UK sales at ABN Amro Bank.

“The position of fixed income product specialist is a new role for Kames Capital and one that is aimed at strategically bridging the role of the fund manager and the sales teams as we look to develop our fixed income proposition in the UK and, increasingly, in Europe,” Roberts said.
