UK financial advisory firm Alexander Beard Group is joining leading US law practice Pillsbury and accountancy advisers WeiserMazars to run a series of FATCA and international pensions-focused seminars in the US.

The seminars in San Francisco, Houston and New York later this month will cover these issues and others from the perspective of globally mobile workforces.

Alexander Beard will cover the implications of FATCA to non-US citizens working in the US and pension issues related to their home country plans while they are working and living in the US.

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has 18 offices worldwide, including a number in the US, London, Abu Dhabi and Shanghai, while accountancy and business service provider Weiser Mazars has over 140 offices worldwide.

Paul Beard, executive chairman of Alexander Beard Group, said: “To be invited by professional firms of this size and reputation is a huge ‘feather in our cap’ and also great testament to the work also done by my colleague Phil Teague who heads up our expat and emigration department.”
