Pross – who has been with the fund house for 16 years – will move from his current position as head of distribution in Europe at the start of next month.

George McKay took over as interim head of Europe in summer last year and will continue to work as global chief operating officer and member of the global executive committee.
Elizabeth Corley, Alianz global chief executive, said Pross has shown “considerable leadership” in refining the firm’s client offering and growing its business in EMEA. “We are confident Tobias will build on his strong track record in consultative client delivery in this broadened role.”
