Independent asset manager Allspring Global Investments has opened an office in Hong Kong.
At the same time, Linda Luk has taken on the role of head of sales for north Asia and will be based in the newly-opened office.
She joins from Income Partners Asset Management where she worked as chief distribution officer for nine months. Prior to that, Luk spent nearly nine years at Vanguard as managing director of several departments throughout her tenure.
She will be responsible for executing Allspring’s sales strategy and serving clients in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.
