Boutique fund and discretionary managed account company ATSG has reincorporated as a UK company.

Established in 2007 to provide products to the international advisory industry, ATSG said it now works with more than 1000 “business writers” in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, primarily offering products through its London based partner Curzon Capital.

Managing partner John Ferguson said: "Its a sign of maturity for our business, the last five years have seen enormous growth for us and we felt the time was right to become a UK registered company giving our IFA partners further peace of mind and transparency about our business."
