For this, you will have a clear understanding of financial advice and insurance markets, with the ability to advise and guide the executive management team. You will have a record of leading profitable sales and implementing new ideas in a competitive yet regulated environment. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be confident in your ability to be a compelling leader, able to coach and motivate experienced Sales Management team, together with a large salesforce based at various offices in the Middle East.
