Financial planning platform Conquest Planning has partnered with FP Canada, a national professional education organisation for advisers, to launch a new professional development course.

The ‘Conquest Ready’ course, offered by the FP Canada Institute, trains advisers in financial planning processes and developing financial plans using Conquest’s platform. It’s open to new and experienced planners.

“Our platform helps advisers across the wealth spectrum deliver advice that is timely, comprehensive and tailored to each client’s needs,” said Dino Scalzo, vice president, product partnerships at Conquest Planning.

Alexandra Macqueen, head of the FP Canada Institute, added: “As part of FP Canada’s mandate of leading the advancement of professional financial planning, we are committed to ensuring that both professional financial planners and aspiring planners have access to high-quality training and continuing education.

“Technology is one example of an area that continues to evolve, and ongoing learning can help financial planners leverage it to serve clients effectively.”
