It’s important for investors to understand all of the layers of costs. They should only pay for what they need and when there is a benefit worth paying for.
For high net worth individuals, there are more options available to reduce costs while still maintaining good advice than is available in the mass market. This is sad, but true, but is also changing rapidly due to technology.
