The firm said it will establish its first office Saudi Arabia in the city of Riyadh and will provide conventional and Sharia based corporate finance advisory/arrangement services to listed and unlisted target clients including HNWI’s and institutional and corporate clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Alpen added it will also offer professional, personalized solutions to both national and international clients and plans to provide opportunities for international and regional investors to invest in Saudi Arabia by seeking to develop and promote investment opportunities within the Kingdom.

“Saudi Arabia is a very important market for us and we are excited about setting up our operations in the biggest GCC market,” said Rohit Walia, executive vice chairman and chief executive, Alpen Capital Group.

“We are confident that our extensive experience in executing several transactions across sectors will enable us to provide value added services to our clients in Saudi Arabia.”
