feifa negotiates discounted access

10 Feb 12

European IFA representative body, FEIFA, has signed a deal which will give its members access to a back office system at a discounted rate.

European IFA representative body, FEIFA, has signed a deal which will give its members access to a back office system at a discounted rate.

The Federation of European IFAs said its members will receive a discount of 20% on services provided by company Broker Back Office which it describes as “one of the premier systems for international IFAs”.

Broker Back Office said its software allows IFAs to manage their business from any computer connected to the internet. The company said this includes the management of contact folders and prospect lists, business submission, client files, employee’s pay, preparation of accounts and bank statement reconciliation.

Furthermore, Broker Back Office said the software can be customised to reflect a company’s own website design, “giving users the distinct impression they work for a professional and pro-active organisation” and can be used by an unlimited number or people at a company.
FEIFA chief executive Paul Stanfield said: “Many of our member companies have expressed an interest in such a system and the Broker Back Office facility seems to meet most if not all of the needs expressed to me.”

“The discounts that we have arranged for our members make this service highly cost-effective, freeing up one or more staff members each month to focus on more profitable activities.”
