Fidelity Adviser Solutions partners with ZeroKey to simplify data input

By Beth Brearley, 11 Aug 26

The collaboration will reduce the need for advisers to rekey data manually and deliver greater data accuracy

Fidelity International’s adviser platform has partnered with ZeroKey to simplify how it integrates with third-party technology providers.

Through ZeroKey’s connections to third-party technology providers, the collaboration will reduce the need for advisers to rekey data manually and deliver greater data accuracy.

Fidelity Adviser Solutions said other benefits for advisers will include:

  • Faster client onboarding – advisers will be able to create new clients on the Fidelity Adviser Solutions platform with the click of a button, saving time and reducing friction in the onboarding process
  • Improved data accuracy – by eliminating manual rekeying, the integration ensures cleaner data and reduces the risk of errors, helping advisers to avoid delays and rejections when establishing new clients
  • Enhanced tech stack compatibility – the partnership will support integration with leading systems, including Iress, Curo, Plannr and Moneyinfo

While the ZeroKey web extension typically includes a licence fee, Fidelity’s partnership with ZeroKey will allow advisers to access integrations without a fee.

Paul Richards, head of adviser distribution at Fidelity Adviser Solutions, said: “Our advisers consistently tell us that one of their greatest challenges is how they can improve operational efficiency enabling them to spend less time on administration and more time with their clients. By partnering with ZeroKey, we can streamline administrative processes and reduce the need for manual data rekeying without any additional charges. This creates a more efficient flow of information and will help to create time for advisers to focus on delivering better outcomes for their clients.

“Looking ahead, we remain committed to supporting advisers and plan to build on this partnership with further integrations in the future.”

Joseph Williams, co-founder and CEO of ZeroKey, added: “Integrations are vital not only to help financial advice firms eliminate data rekeying, but to facilitate choice without compromise. We are therefore delighted to partner with Fidelity and offer them a scalable integration solution. As a result, connections between Fidelity and third-party systems that did not previously exist are now available, and we look forward to expanding the depth and breadth of the available integrations.”
