Laurent Seyer has left Axa Investment Managers and his position as global head of client group has been replaced internally.

Christophe Coquema has taken on the role at the firm. Commenting on the new role, he said:

“I look forward to working with the client group to promote the broad and innovative skill set of our investment platforms by further expanding our geographical footprint and continuing to foster a client centric and solutions driven culture across the firm.”

Meanwhile, Julien Fourtou will replace Christophe as global head of multi-asset client solutions and trading and securities financing. He also joins the management board. He joined the firm in 2000 and has held various roles across the teams. In his role of COO he was chiefly responsible for developing the company’s fixed income offering.

Founded in February this year, the firm’s client group aims to support growth in third party assets. These include developing the company’s proposition by client segment – institutional, retail and wholesale – while coordinating and monitoring marketing and client relationship activities.
