Hong Kong investment firm acquires wealth manager

And purchases a 45% stake in a family office

Investment banking and financial advisory firm DL Holding Group has bought a 45% equity of its affiliated company DL Family Office (HK) for $8m (£6.4m, €7.4m) and 100% equity of Emerald Wealth Management for $2m.

The move follows DL’s growth plans to expand its presence within the asset and wealth management sectors.

DL Family Office was established in 2012 and is headquartered in Hong Kong. It serves clients in mainland China, Singapore, North America and Japan.

Emerald Wealth Management provides wealth and lifestyle services to customers in Greater China.
