He joined from Invesco Asset Management, where he was a director of private equity investments at the beginning of last month. At Invesco he was responsible for the firm’s non-US investment programme.
At HSBC Global AM, he reports to Melissa McDonald, global head of product – equity and responsible investment, and will focus on the firm’s core global emerging market capability.
Prior to joining Invesco he held a similar position at Insight Investment focusing on private equity investments in Europe and the Americas.
