week in the life of an IFA

After a hectic weekend…
Up at 6.30am today to catch the 7.28am train from Thorpe Bay to Fenchurch Street. I am due to be with my IT expert/internet marketeer/website designer, or whatever you want to call him; basically he is good on computers.
He has an office in Kentish Town and for the past 18 months we have been working on a project to develop an on-line guided advice platform that can be white labelled by other IFA firms. I think we are in the final home straight with getting it to market, but there is still a lot of work to do around it’s promotion and developing add on services that may also be useful to IFA firms.
We have a joint on-line conference with another firm to discuss terms and spend the rest of the day agreeing strategy and some design work.
Get home at 8.30pm.
