As the business looks to bolster its onshore solutions offering

Guernsey-based financial-services group NSM has opened a London office.

This is the firm’s third location, after opening its doors in Guernsey in 2014, followed by a Dubai office in 2019.

The firm announced that it had set up a new arm of the business, NSM Corporate Services, to provide onshore UK trust and corporate services, including company formations, company secretarial services and full administration services.

NSM said that its office in central London will be staffed by Chris Bond, James Sermon and Chloe Harris, who have many years’ experience in trust and company administration, particularly of assets in the UK real estate sector.

Onshore and offshore solutions

Simon Graham, founder and managing director of the group said: “As our private client business has grown, we recognised the need to expand our service offering to provide clients with both onshore and offshore solutions.

“Guernsey remains at the heart of our business, providing offshore services in a stable, tax-neutral environment to a wide range of international clients, but we recognise that many clients also have a need for UK entities within their wider structures and require a trusted corporate service provider.”

NSM has assets under management of £5.8bn ($7.2bn, €6.9bn) and a workforce of 70 employees.
