The UK registered company, which also has an office in Dubai, said the new Frankfurt base is its ninth in Europe and will expand its debt advisory and financial restructuring practice overseas.
Phil Adams, group chief executive of Altium, said: “We are really excited about the potential of our new office in Frankfurt. The new team there will focus primarily on technology and debt advisory mandates and is an excellent fit with the rest of our business.”
Adams added that recent deals with US advisory firm Petsky Prunier and Indian international investment bank Allegro will also help the firm reach into new markets.
