ioma group makes raft of senior management changes

Isle of Man based IOMA Group has appointed two non-executive directors and promoted Philip Scales to group chief executive in a raft of senior management changes.

Isle of Man based IOMA Group has appointed two non-executive directors and promoted Philip Scales to group chief executive in a raft of senior management changes.

Rupert Cottrell, whose experience includes four years as a director of former UK financial regulator the Financial Intermediaries, Managers and Brokers Regulatory Association, and Ken Watterson have been appointed as group non-executive directors.

They will also both sit on the risk, audit and remuneration committees.  

In addition to Scales moving up from being managing director, Chris Kenning has been promoted to group CFO and Julie Haslett becomes group head of compliance. They joined IOMA Group in 2006 and 2011 respectively.
