Slendebroek, who joined the company on 3 September, will report to chief executive Edward Bonham Carter, and will be responsible for diversifying the company’s distribution capabilities in the UK and abroad.
He left BlackRock in March this year and Alex Hoctor-Duncan took up the role of head of retail for EMEA, which formed part of Slendebroek’s role.
