The Mauritius Financial Services Commission has issued a warning against The Four Elements PCC, an umbrella fund structure under which there are understood to be up to 26 funds.
The Mauritius Financial Services Commission has issued a warning against The Four Elements PCC, an umbrella fund structure under which there are understood to be up to 26 funds.
The FSC said following an investigation conducted at the registered offices of the company, it has initiated enforcement actions against the company.
Issuing a public warning, the FSC said the company has been “required not to take any new business/investor pending compliance with the other directions to the satisfaction of the FSC Mauritius”.
