Rogers has 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry and was most recently vice president and director of international distribution at Sun Life International (Bermuda).
At Sun Life, Rogers was responsible for building the firm’s international distribution platform covering the US, Central America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
On the appointment, Northstar’s chief executive Michael Stavely said: “[Roger’s] vast experience of building international sales channels as well as his expansive network of contracts amongst the financial adviser community will be of enormous benefit to the company as we continue to expand our global distribution capabilities.”
