Pershing collateralised lending product

11 Feb 15

Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, said it will allow offshore investors access to its collateralised lending product, Nexus Loans, and has added euro and US dollar denominations to its sterling offering.

Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, said it will allow offshore investors access to its collateralised lending product, Nexus Loans, and has added euro and US dollar denominations to its sterling offering.

The product allows private clients to leverage assets within their investment portfolio through a non-purpose collateralised loan. The service can also be tailored by adjusting the loan-to-value ratio and interest rates to suit client risk profiles.

“Portfolio leverage is a growing concept for UK and offshore private investors” said Ileana Sodani, chief relationship officer of Pershing.

“Nexus Loans provides access to cash while enabling clients to remain invested in the market,” Sodani said.
