With nearly 100 people in attendance, there were representatives from life companies, asset managers, financial advisory firms, trade associations, rating agencies and the international financial press.
The event, which took place at the London Aquarium and was supported by International Adviser, was hosted by Mark Newsam, head of international life companies at HSBC Global Asset Management, who also compèred the evening taking the 18 teams through eight rounds like a pro. He was joined by Dan Rudd, regional head of Middle East & North Africa, wholesale and Sri Chandrasekharan, chief executive of HSBC Global Asset Management.
“This was the first of what we hope will become an annual event in the International Wealth space,” said Newsam.
