RBC Wealth Management has appointed Juan Aronna as the head of discretionary investment management in Asia.

RBC Wealth Management has appointed Juan Aronna as the head of discretionary investment management in Asia.

Aronna joins RBC Wealth Management from UBS, where he was the head of investment management for Singapore and head of the portfolio management hub for Asia-Pacific.

Based in Singapore, Aronna reports to Stefan Mueller, head of investments and products.

RBC Wealth Management, which is a part of Royal Bank of Canada, directly serves affluent, high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth clients globally with a full suite of banking, investment, trust and other wealth management solutions.

The firm, with C$452bn ($363.4bn) in assets under management, operates in Canada, the US, the British Isles, and Asia.
