Retirement fears still stalk the offshore market

A recent survey by HSBC showed that 50% of its clients currently fear retirement.

According to Philip Story, senior executive officer and head of distribution EMEA at Investors Trust Assurance, while staggering, this sort of statistic provides advisers and insurers with a great deal of opportunity.

“Making sure the advice gap is filled as best we can is crucial to ensure people get to retirement with the money they want,” he said.
