By Beth Brearley, 12 Aug 25

Joins firm in October

Scottish Widows has appointed Jenny Davidson as intermediary wealth director.

Davidson joins from Quilter where she has been proposition and commercial director since June 2022, leading the product and proposition function and strategy for the affluent segment of the business responsible for platform, investments and advice.

Previously, Davidson worked at both Aberdeen and Standard Life. She currently sits on the board of the UK Platform Association.

Graeme Bold, managing director, workplace and intermediary wealth at Scottish Widows, said: “Jenny’s wealth of knowledge and experience of platform strategies and technology will be hugely valuable to Scottish Widows as we continue to deliver our ambitious growth plans.

“This appointment really highlights our commitment to providing advisers and with seamless and innovative solutions to maximise their clients’ financial goals. I am looking forward to welcoming Jenny to the team.”

Jenny Davidson, who joins the firm in October, added: “The Scottish Widows’ growth trajectory and ambition is very impressive, and I will focus on helping to further expand its wealth capabilities in the intermediary market whilst ensuring client outcomes at the centre of everything we do.
