According to Express.co.uk Khemaies Jhinaoui said: “Tunisia’s inclusion on the blacklist of tax havens [in December] was unfair because it was a unilateral decision made by the EU alone.
“Tunisia was not consulted,” he claimed.
Speaking at a joint press conference with EU foreign affairs representative Federica Mogherini Jhinaoui added while Tunisia was pleased to have been removed from the blacklist at the end of January, the country’s image had been “tarnished”.
