uhy adds new asian firm to network

2 Aug 12

Global accountancy network UHY has added a Bangkok-based firm to its membership.

Global accountancy network UHY has added a Bangkok-based firm to its membership.

Yongyuth Accounting and Son and its affiliate firm, Saman Audit and Corporate Services are both based in Thailand’s capital city.

Yongyuth was established in 1967 with a history spanning over two generations and nearly four decades.  With three partners and a team of 25 staff, the firm provides tax, bookkeeping and company secretarial services focussing on the business needs of clients covering a variety of sectors such as trading, manufacturing, entertainment and construction.

Managing partner, Panit Mokarakorn, says: “We joined the UHY network for a number of reasons. The global presence of the network combined with the expertise and knowledge of UHY’s people around the world not only strengthens our own capabilities, locally and internationally, but also these of our clients and their operations. We strongly believe that our membership of the UHY network will not only create great opportunities for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), but also on a more global scale in the future.”

Earlier this week UHY added Panamanian firm, Botello & Marquez SA, to its network.
