Financial advice and discretionary fund management firm Lumin Wealth has acquired Buckinghamshire-based financial advice company B W Financial Consultants Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
This is the eighth purchase by the Lumin VZ Group since 2019 and will add £95m ($115m, €109m) of assets under management.
Lumin Wealth provides a long-term stable home for advisers and their clients who are looking for an alternative to other private equity solutions in the marketplace.

This news comes after Lumin Wealth purchased Essex-based The Big Picture Wealth Management in July this year.
