On the surface, Jeremy Touboul’s portfolio seems just like any other mix of government and corporate fixed interest holdings, but it is its use of cash derivatives where his H20 MultiReturns Fund really comes into its own.

Given the movements of global currencies during the quarter following the Bank of China’s loosening of the renminbi peg, Touboul’s return of 9.84% should come as no surprise.
