Based in Hong Kong, Won will focus on strengthening and developing the firm’s relationships with institutional clients across Asia including Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea. He will report to Rajeev Mittal, PineBridge’s Asia Pacific chief executive.
Won has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to PineBridge, he was the CEO of BNY Mellon Asset Management Korea. He previously worked for Samsung Investment Trust Management Company and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Company.
PineBridge is a global independent multi-asset class manager and had assets under management of $68.4bn for institutional and individual investors worldwide as of the end of June.
