D’Souza, who will be based in Singapore, joins the company from UBS Wealth Management where he was also the chief risk officer based in Singapore.
Prior to that, he was head of Pacific Rim credit risk (Global Wealth Management) at Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong. D’Souza has also held risk management positions with ING in Hong Kong and has worked with Citigroup in Mumbai.
