Leece is described by CISI as having had an extensive career in financial services. He is currently compliance officer, money-laundering reporting officer and company secretary of the Premier Group (Isle of Man) Ltd, a fund management company specialising in socially responsible investing.
Preskey, who was president of the IoM branch of CISI for the full two-year term, is a director of Thomas Miller Investments (Isle of Man).
CISI is a globally-focused, City of London-based professional body for those who work in the financial and investment industries. It has almost 400 members in the Isle of Man.
