Reporting to Pierri and based in London, Bailie will lead Pioneer’s distribution efforts for all of Western Europe as well as its growing presence in Latin America. He has also been appointed to the company’s management committee.
Bailie joins the firm from Axa Investment Managers where he was global head of distribution and a member of Axa’s executive committee. Prior to this he spent 16 years at Russell Investments where he held a number of senior roles, including head of its alternative investment business and managing director for partnerships and distribution alliances for the EMEA region.
