The new partner, Peter Bertram, was previously a partner at law firm Ogier, which is also headquartered in Jersey, where he had worked for more than 30 years. He retired from Ogier in January this year having acted for many major property developers and lenders on a number of high profile property developments.
At Bedell, Bertram will focus on providing legal services to the firm’s commercial property clients.
