Advisory platform rolls out online client portal

By Cristian Angeloni, 13 May 19

People will be able to access their investments and communicate with their adviser

Online platform provider Nucleus has unveiled its latest client portal called Nucleus Go.

The tool will let clients engage with their investment portfolios on the firm’s website and through their phones and tablets.

Nucleus said it hopes that by engaging more with their investments, customers will be able to have more meaningful conversations with their advisers during client reviews.

The portal was tested by a group of existing Nucleus users before it was unveiled.

Communication in the spotlight

The platform said it has been pushing for a greater focus on client communication, leading to the release of Nucleus Go.

Clients will be able to track money paid in, withdrawals, fund switches, holdings, gains and losses as well as personalised investment analysis.

Andrew Smith, chief technology officer at Nucleus, said: “We are always looking for ways to make easier for advisers and their clients, so quality financial planning can be delivered in an efficient way.

“Technology is always at the forefront of our business and we are constantly looking for ways we can improve upon the platform and develop the user experience.

“Advisers are integrating technology into their businesses more than ever before, and this engagement has allowed us to really focus on how we can improve our own technology to help them.”
