Rod Sallis has joined the now eight-strong team from SG Hambros where he worked as a fund analyst. His appointment follows that of Mark O’Connor who joined in recent weeks.
Prior to joining SG Hambros Sallis worked at Cannon Asset Management as an investment manager.
The company said it plans to add further staff to its Guernsey team in the coming months.
