InterestMe Financial Planning (IMFP) and appointed representative InterestMe Advisers (IMA) have entered administration.
According to the FCA, IMFP and IMA entered administration on 24 September. Robert Goodhew and Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory were appointed joint administrators for both firms and will manage their affairs during the administration process.
FCA-authroised IMFP and appointed representative IMA undertook regulated activities, including financial planning and advice on pensions, mortgages and wider financial planning matters.
On 24 July 2026, IMFP agreed to a voluntary requirement, preventing it from undertaking new regulated activities, such as accepting new customers or new investments, and forbidding it from disposing of or transferring its assets, client money or client assets without written consent of the FCA.
