Majority of Hoxton Wealth’s staff join long-term incentive plan

By Beth Brearley, 20 Oct 26

The LTIP launched in late 2024

Hoxton Wealth’s long-term incentive plan (LTIP) has attracted 90% of its staff worldwide the international wealth adviser has revealed.

Launched in late 2024, the LTIP offers equity participation for all staff in the business and is designed to reward colleagues for their contribution to the company’s growth. Since the LTIP’s launch, the majority of the firm’s 400 staff have opted in.

Charlie Warren, chief operating officer at Hoxton Wealth, who led the launch of the programme, said: “From a people perspective, when colleagues feel that they are part of something bigger than just themselves, they start to believe in the business’ wider growth strategy.

“Our long-term incentive plan is a key part of that – we want our people to feel invested. When they are, they work more effectively together and focus on delivering the best client outcomes that they can. The programme retains top-talent and drives everyone who is involved towards doing the best we can for our clients.”

He added: “Everyone at Hoxton has the opportunity to participate in our scheme, it is not just open to senior management, which across the advice industry more widely, is sometimes the case.”

Hoxton Wealth recently announced that it has reached USD $5 billion in assets under management.
