Boughaba joins the company from Alter Domus where she headed the legal department in Luxembourg. She was formerly based at the firm’s Hong Kong office with responsibility for their business development activity and legal compliance.
In addition to managing the Luxembourg office, Boughaba will provide corporate governance support and substance monitoring to client structures.
